I’m a certified Personal Trainer with years of experience practicing and teaching exercise. I have a lifelong passion for movement, holistic health and wellness and believe fitness should be available to everyone. I specialise in training women, helping them to find energy and joy through movement.
I’m also a Krav Maga Instructor with a great interest in the importance of women’s and children's safety. Self Defence has become a passion in my life. My years of training have taken me to Italy numerous times where I have trained under some of the world's most prestigious Masters, for which I am so grateful. I love continuing to train, grow and learn.
