My Personal Training sessions are bespoke to your goals. All programmes are designed to seamlessly work with a busy lifestyle and are created with consistency in mind.


My sessions are flexible and always adaptable to cater to your specific needs. I love to teach and to share my knowledge of health and fitness.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME

£280 - 1 session per week
£400 - 2 sessions per week


Includes free fitness assessment, 8 weeks of personal training sessions, bespoke training programme

1:1 AD HOC PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS


£40 per hour

1:1 AD Hoc Personal Training Session, designed to meet your individual goals

1:2 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

4 hour block £180
8 hour block £320


Share a session with a friend who has similar goals. AD Hoc 1:2 sessions also available

1:1 and 1:2 Personal Training Sessions & Programmes are available to the Northchurch and Berkhamsted area by appointment only. Training sessions require little to no equipment and can be completed in your own home or outdoors. Please contact me to discuss alternative pricing plans and learn more about how I can support you.

YOUR TRAINING

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor. I am also a certified Bodyweight Trainer, Certified Medicine Ball Trainer and Advanced Training Systems qualified. Whatever your fitness level or goal - I have it covered.
