SONY MUSIC UK CORPORATE WORKSHOP

Sony Music UK kindly invited us to London to deliver a Women's Self Defence Workshop for 30 staff. This workshop catered to the nature of safety in the corporate world and we had some great feedback from attendees - some even went on to continue their training at regular classes.
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CHARITY WORKSHOP

Celebrating International Women's day with a charity workshop raising money for Women's Aid UK - A charity dedicated to supporting women and children whom have experienced multiple disadvantages. This 2 hour drop-in workshop was a great taster session for beginners and also a refresher for attendees of the 6-week-course earlier in 2022.
WOMEN'S INTRODUCTION TO SELF DEFENCE
January - February 2022
This 6 Week Course delivered the basics of self defence to an incredible group of 30 women. From Defensive Guard to Ground Work and sexual assault defence, we covered a range of training topics in our weekly sessions. A high energy course filled with great content and a lot of fun.
